At Rhinestone Belt Shop, your satisfaction truly matters to us. To ensure the highest level of customer fulfillment, we offer an exchange policy valid within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and labels attached.

Important Notes:

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on our part, we will provide free exchange shipping.

- For all other exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for a $24.99 exchange shipping fee.

- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
